2. Definition and expressions



(1) In this Act unless inconsistent with the context or subject-matter-



"the Agreement" means the Agreement a copy of which is set out in the
Schedule.

(2) Expressions used in this Act and which are also used in the Agreement
shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Agreement.
