Part to prevail

54. Part to prevail

If the provisions of an Act requiring a public body to keep or prepare
accounts, or arrange the audit of accounts or to submit an annual report, or
requiring an annual report to be laid before the Legislative Assembly or the
Legislative Council or both, are inconsistent with this Part, the provisions
are void to the extent of the inconsistency. _______________
