Accountable officer of public body must provide financial information

44A. Accountable officer of public body must provide financial information



(1) The accountable officer of a public body must provide to the relevant
Minister in relation to the public body or to the Minister administering this
section any financial information requested by the relevant Minister or
Minister administering this section (as the case may be).

(2) Directions under section 8 may be given in relation to the provision of
financial information under subsection (1).
