PART 6C FINANCIAL ACCOMMODATION LEVY

Leviable authority

40M. Leviable authority



(1) In this Part, leviable authority means an authority in respect of which an
Order under subsection (2) is in force.

(2) The Governor in Council may, by Order published in the Government Gazette,
declare a public authority within the meaning of the
Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992 to be a leviable authority for the
purposes of this Part.
