40L. Information to be supplied

A person who is required to pay a guarantee charge must give to the Treasurer,
or a person authorised by the Treasurer, such information as the Treasurer or
authorised person reasonably requires for the purpose of determining the
amount of the charge in respect of a financial year. _______________
