PART 6B GUARANTEE CHARGE

Definitions

40I. Definitions

In this Part-

State guarantee means-

   (a)  a guarantee under an Act; or

   (b)  a guarantee executed by the Treasurer- guaranteeing the due
        satisfaction of amounts payable in respect of financial accommodation.
