Appropriation

40H. Appropriation



(1) Any sums required by the Treasurer in fulfilling any liability arising
under an indemnity given by the Treasurer under this Part shall be paid out of
the Consolidated Fund (which is hereby to the necessary extent appropriated
accordingly).

(2) Any sums received or recovered by the Treasurer from a person who is or
has been an eligible director or from a statutory authority, State company or
any other person or otherwise in respect of any sums paid by the Treasurer
under an indemnity given under this Part shall be paid into the Consolidated
Fund.
