40B. Provisions of this Part in addition to all other powers

The provisions of this Part are in addition to, and do not in any way restrict
or limit, and must not be taken to restrict or limit, any other powers
(whether under an Act or otherwise) of the Treasurer or the State to give, or
authorise the giving of, indemnities.
