Government to operate in accordance with principles of sound financial management

23C. Government to operate in accordance with principles of sound financial
management

It is the intention of the Parliament that the Government establish and
maintain a budgeting and reporting framework that is consistent with the
principles of sound financial management so as to form a basis for the
provision of sustainable social and economic services and infrastructure
fairly to all Victorians.
