Investment of money in Public Account

18. Investment of money in Public Account



(1) Any money standing to the credit of the Public Account may be invested by
the Minister in any manner in which trust funds may be invested under the
Trustee Act 1958.

(2) Except where otherwise expressly provided, interest received from the
investment of any money under subsection (1) shall be credited to the
Consolidated Fund.
