Purposes

1. Purposes

The following are the purposes of this Act-

   (a)  to facilitate the development of land at Footscray;

   (b)  to amend the Melbourne and Metropolitan Board of Works Act 1958 and
        the Port of Melbourne Authority Act 1958.
