Application of rent
4. Application of rent
The moneys received by way of rent under a lease granted under this Act shall
be applied by the Corporation towards the maintenance and improvement of any
part of the permanent reserve and temporary reserve not leased under this Act
or for any other purpose approved by the Minister.
