Definitions

2. Definitions

In this Act unless inconsistent with the context or subject-matter-



"Corporation" means Corporation of the City of Frankston;



"permanent reserve" means the land referred to in the hereinbefore recited
Order in Council of the 3rd day of December, 1963;



"temporary reserve" means the land referred to in the hereinbefore recited
Order in Council of the 5th day of May, 1970.
