Section 11 PUBLICATION OF FUTURES INDUSTRY (FEES) (VICTORIA) REGULATIONS The
following heading and provisions shall be included in the publication under
section 11 of the Schedule to regulations in force for the time being
prescribing fees under the Futures Industry (Fees) Act 1986 of the
Commonwealth: FUTURES INDUSTRY (FEES) (VICTORIA) REGULATIONS 1. These
regulations may be cited as the Futures Industry (Fees) (Victoria)
Regulations. 2. These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Futures Industry (Application of Laws) Act 1986 commences. 3. In Schedule 1, a
reference to a section, sub-section or paragraph, without an enactment being
cited, shall be taken as a reference to that section, sub-section or paragraph
of the Futures Industry (Victoria) Code. 4. The fees payable for the purposes
of section 7 of the Futures Industry (Application of Laws) Act 1986 are the
fees specified in Schedule 1 in relation to the respective matters so
