Section 10 PUBLICATION OF FUTURES INDUSTRY (VICTORIA) REGULATIONS The
following heading and provisions shall be included in the publication under
section 10 of the provisions of regulations in force for the time being under
the Commonwealth Act: FUTURES INDUSTRY (VICTORIA) REGULATIONS 1. (1) These
regulations may be cited as the Futures Industry (Victoria) Regulations. (2)
These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Futures Industry (Application of Laws) Act 1986 commences. _______________
