Section 7 MODIFICATIONS TO REGULATIONS IN FORCE UNDER THE FUTURES INDUSTRY
(FEES) ACT 1986 OF THE COMMONWEALTH The provisions of regulations in force
under the Futures Industry (Fees) Act 1986 of the Commonwealth apply as if in
those regulations- 1. a reference in the Schedule to a section or sub-section,
without an enactment being cited, were to be taken as a reference to that
section or sub-section. _______________
