18. Amendment of Lotteries Gaming and Betting Act 1966

In section 16 of the Lotteries Gaming and Betting Act 1966-

   (a)  in subsection (1)-

   (i)  after paragraph (a) insert "or"; and

   (ii) omit "or" after paragraph (b); and

   (iii) paragraph (c) is repealed; and

   (b)  subsections (2), (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7) are repealed.
