16. International Commodities Clearing House Limited

For the purposes of this Code, International Commodities Clearing House
Limited is deemed to be a body corporate approved under section 48 of the Code
as a clearing house for the futures market of the futures exchange that is
deemed to be approved under section 15 of this Act.
