Further returns by depositor

43. Further returns by depositor

The Commissioner may, by notice in writing, call upon a depositor or person to
furnish to him, within the time specified in the notice, such return or such
further or fuller return, as the Commissioner requires, whether on his own
behalf or as an agent or trustee.
