22. Exemption where deposit less than $500 000 p.a. etc.

A person is not liable to pay duty under section 21 in respect of the deposit
of money during a month if-

   (a)  the total of his dutiable deposits during the preceding twelve months
        did not exceed $500 000; and

   (b)  the total of his dutiable deposits during that month did not exceed
        $100 000.
