Referral to Tribunal

33. Referral to Tribunal



(1) The Tribunal must review a matter referred to it and, subject to
subsection (2), may confirm or vary the decision on the application for a
first home owner grant.

(2) If the objector does not appear before the Tribunal, the Tribunal must
confirm the decision. However, if good cause is shown, the Tribunal, within
the time prescribed by the regulations, may re-open and review the matter.
