Costs and expenses to be paid out of Consolidated Fund

6. Costs and expenses to be paid out of Consolidated Fund

All costs and expenses incurred by the State of Victoria or the
Director-General of Conservation, Forests and Lands in carrying into effect
this Act and the Agreement shall be paid out of the Consolidated Fund which is
hereby to the necessary extent appropriated accordingly.
