Ratification etc. of Agreement

4. Ratification etc. of Agreement



(1) The Agreement is hereby ratified validated and approved and shall be given
effect as so ratified and as amended from time to time in accordance with the
Agreement.

(2) The Director-General of Conservation, Forests and Lands is hereby
empowered to carry out the Agreement or the Agreement as amended from time to
time.
