2. Definition, words and expressions

In this Act unless inconsistent with the context or subject-matter-

(a) "Agreement" means the Agreement a copy of which is set out in the Schedule
and includes the map annexed to the Agreement as executed, a copy of which is
lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered VIC. F.C.4; and

   (b)  words and expressions have the meanings respectively assigned to them
        in the Agreement.
