Lands to be deemed to be permanently reserved under the Land Act 1958 as a
site for recreation purposes: Fourteen acres 1 rood 35 perches, more or less,
City of Footscray, Parish of Cut-paw-paw, County of Bourke, indicated by black
hatching and cross-hatching on the plan hereunder:
