8. Application of Local Government Act 1958

The provisions of section 802A of the Local Government Act 1958 shall apply in
relation to the lands remaining untransferred or to be deemed by virtue of
section 4 to be included in the said Crown grants dated the 12th day of April,
1882, and the 19th day of June, 1883.
