Act not to apply to certain judgments

14. Act not to apply to certain judgments



Nothing in this Act applies to-

   (a)  a judgment given or recorded by the Federal Court of Australia that
        has been declared to be invalid, or has been quashed or overruled, by
        a Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia before the commencement
        of this section (otherwise than on the ground that the Court had no
        jurisdiction); or

   (b)  a judgment given or recorded by the Family Court of Australia that has
        been declared to be invalid, or has been quashed or overruled, by a
        Full Court of the Family Court of Australia before the commencement of
        this section (otherwise than on the ground that the Court had no
        jurisdiction).
