As to nature of action and appropriate limitation period

5. As to nature of action and appropriate limitation period

All actions and proceedings to recover moneys under this Act shall be deemed
to be founded on simple contract and subject to the provisions of Part II of
the Limitation of Actions Act 1958 the cause of action shall be deemed to have
first accrued at the time of discharge. --------------- ENDNOTES 1. General
