Advice

9. Advice



(1) The Conservation Advisory Committee and the Victorian Catchment Management
Council may provide advice to the Minister on any matter arising from the
administration of this Act.



(2) The Conservation Advisory Committee, the Victorian Catchment Management
Council and each Catchment Management Authority may provide advice to the
Secretary on any matter arising from the administration of this Act for which
the Secretary has responsibility.
