70. Repeal and transitional provision

(2) In-

   (a)  an Act other than this Act; or

   (b)  a subordinate instrument made under an Act; or

   (c)  a document-

a reference to the Wild Flowers and Native Plants Protection Act 1958 is on
and from the commencement of this section to be treated as a reference to this
Act.

(3) Any licence issued under the Wild Flowers and Native Plants Protection Act
1958 and in force immediately before the commencement of this section
continues in force on the same conditions as applied to it immediately before
that commencement and for the remainder of the term for which it was issued.
