Matters to be put in annual report

68. Matters to be put in annual report

The annual report of the Department must set out the activities undertaken by
the Department within the reporting year to further the purposes of this Act,
including-

   (a)  an assessment of the progress made toward achieving the flora and
        fauna conservation and management objectives; and

   (b)  any prescribed matters.
