Requirement to carry out restoration work

61. Requirement to carry out restoration work

If a person is convicted of an offence under this Act involving the
destruction of or damage to flora, fauna or a critical habitat, the Court may
order that person-

   (a)  to carry out restoration work; and

   (b)  to provide security for the performance of that work-

and this order may be in addition to or in substitution of any other penalty.
