Cancellation of licence or permit upon conviction

60. Cancellation of licence or permit upon conviction

If a licensee or permit holder is convicted of an offence connected with the
licence or permit the Court may order-

   (a)  that the licence or permit be cancelled; and

   (b)  that any flora or fauna which is held by the licensee or permit holder
        and which is connected with the offence be given up to the Crown; and

   (c)  that the person not be entitled to hold a similar licence or permit
        for the time specified by the Court.
