51. Relationship between authorities issued under this Division and
authorities issued under other Acts



(1) A licence or permit or other authority issued under any Act which
authorises the taking, trading in, keeping, moving or processing of flora does
not authorise the holder to take, trade in, keep, move or process flora in
circumstances in which it would be prohibited under this Division.

(2) A licence or permit issued under this Division or an authorisation made
under this Division does not authorise a person to take, trade in, keep, move
or process flora in circumstances in which that action is prohibited under
another Act.
