Recommendations of the Secretary

30. Recommendations of the Secretary



(1) The Secretary must within 50 days of the date on which submissions close
make a recommendation to the Minister on whether the Minister should approve,
approve with amendments or revoke the interim conservation order.

(2) Before making the recommendation the Secretary must consult with all
persons upon whom notice was served and must consult with any other person who
is, in the Minister's opinion, relevant.
