Submissions

29. Submissions



(1) Any person may make submissions to the Secretary about an interim
conservation order of which notice has been published.

(2) The Secretary must consider all submissions made within the period set out
in the notice.



(3) The Secretary may consider a late submission and must consider one if the
Minister so directs.
