15. The Committee's final recommendation



(1) After considering any public comments the Committee must make a
recommendation to the Minister that the nomination should either be supported
or not be supported and must give reasons for its recommendation.

(2) The Committee must make a recommendation under subsection (1) within three
years of the making of the nomination.

(3) When the Committee has made its recommendation-

   (a)  it must notify the nominator, the Conservation Advisory Committee and
        the Victorian Catchment Management Council of the recommendation; and



   (b)  advertise the recommendation and the reasons for it in a newspaper
        circulating generally throughout the State and in a newspaper
        circulating generally in the area likely to be affected by the
        recommendation; and

   (c)  publish notice of making of the recommendation in the Government
        Gazette.
