Consideration of the nomination

13. Consideration of the nomination



(1) The Committee must consider each nomination as soon as possible after it
has been made.

(2) The Committee may consider different nominations about the same subject
together.

(3) The Committee may reject a nomination if-

   (a)  the subject of the nomination is already listed; or

   (b)  the nomination is vexatious; or

   (c)  the nomination is not accompanied by the prescribed information.

(4) If the Committee rejects a nomination it must so notify the Minister and
nominator and must give reasons for that rejection.
