Making a nomination for listing

12. Making a nomination for listing



(1) A person may nominate any eligible taxon or community of flora or fauna or
potentially threatening process to be added to or ineligible taxa or
communities of flora or fauna or potentially threatening processes to be
repealed from the Threatened List or the Processes List.

(2) A nomination must be made to the Committee and must include any prescribed
information and must be in writing addressed to the Secretary to the
Committee.
