Effect of determination

43. Effect of determination

If a determination made by the Court requires any act or thing to be done by
the Minister or the Director (other than the payment of costs), the Minister
or the Director must do the act or thing within 5 working days of the day on
which the Minister or the Director receives a copy of the determination.
