33M. Automatic reversal if Court order quashed etc.



(1) This section applies if-

   (a)  the Director deregisters a person as a fundraiser under section
        33A(a); and

   (b)  the Court order on which the Director's action was based is quashed,
        lapses or is withdrawn.

(2) On the quashing, lapsing or withdrawal of the order, by virtue of this
section, the person who was the subject of the deregistration is deemed to be
registered as a fundraiser for the remainder of the current registration
period.

(3) A reference in this section to a current period is a reference to the
period in which the deregistration took effect.

(4) If this section applies, the Director must ensure that the register is
amended accordingly.
