Action to be taken if registration expires

33H. Action to be taken if registration expires

If a person's registration as a fundraiser expires and is not renewed,
sections 33D, 33E and 33F apply as if a reference in those sections to the
deregistration of a person as a fundraiser was a reference to the expiry of
the registration.
