Additional obligation on person using commercial fundraiser

33F. Additional obligation on person using commercial fundraiser



(1) This section applies if, immediately before a person was deregistered as a
fundraiser, a commercial fundraiser retained by that person was administering
all or part of a fundraising appeal on behalf of that person.

(2) On the deregistration taking effect the person who was deregistered must
also-

   (a)  advise the commercial fundraiser of the deregistration; and

   (b)  require the commercial fundraiser to transfer to the person all the
        assets of the appeal that are to be transferred on the ending of the
        appeal to the person under the agreement governing their relationship
        in respect of the appeal.
