Change of contact person to be notified

24D. Change of contact person to be notified



(1) In this section contact person means the natural person who is notified as
the contact person for a fundraiser under section 18(2)(e) or under subsection
(2)(b).





(2) If the person nominated as the contact person for a registered fundraiser
ceases to act as the contact person, the registered fundraiser-

   (a)  must appoint another person to act as the contact person as soon as is
        practicable; and

   (b)  must notify the Director in writing within 7 days of the name and
        address of the person appointed.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
