Details of registration to be given in the register

20A. Details of registration to be given in the register



(1) On registering a person as a fundraiser, the Director must ensure that the
details of the registration required by the regulations are placed in the
register.

(2) The Director must specify in the register the period for which the
registration is to remain current.
