Registration as a fundraiser

19. Registration as a fundraiser

On receiving an application for registration from a person and after making
any enquiries the Director considers to be appropriate, the Director may-

   (a)  register the person as a fundraiser; or

   (b)  refuse to register the person as a fundraiser.
