Information concerning applications

18D. Information concerning applications



(1) The Director may, within 21 days after receiving an application for
registration, seek further information in relation to the application from the
person who submitted the application.

(2) If the Director seeks further information from a person under subsection
(1), the Director may, within 14 days of receiving the information, seek
further information in relation to the application from the person.
