Urgent applications

18B. Urgent applications



(1) Despite section 18(1), a person may apply to register as a fundraiser less
than 28 days before the date she or he intends to start conducting any
fundraising appeal if there are special circumstances.

(2) In addition to the information required by section 18, an application
submitted under this section must set out those special circumstances.
