Commencement

2. Commencement



(1) Section 1 and this section come into operation on the day on which this
Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), the remaining provisions of this Act come into
operation on a day to be proclaimed.

(3) If the remaining provisions of this Act do not come into operation within
the period of 12 months beginning on, and including, the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent, this Act is repealed on the first day after the end
of that period.
