Ratification of Agreement

5. Ratification of Agreement



(1) The Agreement is ratified, validated, approved and given the force of law
and takes effect as if its provisions had been expressly enacted in this Act.

(2) The Director-General of Conservation, Forests and Lands is empowered to
carry out the Agreement or the Agreement as amended from time to time.
